  • Barrier & Thickness: Standard runs use single-wall 130µm (5.1 mil) metallized barrier film. Heavy-duty options feature single-wall 180µm (7.0 mil) pure aluminum foil for maximum smell-proof protection and extended shelf stability.
  • Artwork Files & Formats: Vector files (AI, PDF, EPS) with outlined fonts and CMYK color profile. Include 1/8" (3mm) bleed margins. High-resolution raster elements must be at least 300 DPI at 100% scale.
  • Special Finishes & Effects: Specify spot UV varnish, soft-touch matte lamination, holographic foil accents, or clear inspection windows on a separate artwork layer.
  • Air Freight & Duties: Production runs directly from our manufacturing partner in China. International air express delivery (5–7 business days) is quoted with applicable customs and import fees.

An airtight resealable zip lock is standard, and bags can be heat-sealed above the tear notch for a tamper-evident, smell-proof barrier.
