Mylarlabs products dispatch directly from our manufacturing facility in China to your destination via international air express couriers (such as DHL, FedEx, or specialized air freight lines).

Fulfillment & Delivery Timelines

Overall turnaround depends on whether you are ordering ready-to-ship stock designs or commissioning a custom-printed production run:

• Quote & Digital Proof: Within 1 business day of receiving your inquiry.
• Stock Design Dispatch: Ready-to-ship inventory dispatches from our facility within 2–3 business days.
• Custom Manufacturing Lead Time: Custom printed runs require 7–10 business days. Production lead time begins strictly after you approve the final 1:1 digital dieline proof and confirm payment.
• Air Express Transit: Estimated 5–7 business days for delivery to contiguous United States addresses.

Freight Charges & Customs Clearance

Because packaging volume and weight vary significantly by bag thickness and quantity, shipping costs are calculated and itemized individually on your quote:

• Transparent Quotations: Your written quote will state the exact shipping cost, carrier service, and customs clearance terms (DDP door-to-door duty paid where available, or standard air express).
• Remote Destinations: Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or P.O. Boxes require specialized courier routing and will be quoted separately.
• Tracking: Full door-to-door tracking numbers are provided via email as soon as your shipment is dispatched from our facility.

Delivery Terms & Customs Responsibilities

• Destinations: We deliver to the contiguous United States as well as Canada. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or offshore territories require custom carrier routing and are quoted separately upon request.
• Import Duties when DDP is Unavailable: Where DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service is available, customs duties and import taxes are included in your written quote. When DDP is not available for a specific destination or cargo tier, the buyer is responsible for all applicable import duties, customs fees, taxes, and local brokerage charges.
• Importer of Record: For DDP air express shipments, Mylarlabs and our appointed logistics partners arrange customs clearance. When DDP is not available, the buyer acts as the importer of record and is responsible for providing necessary business registration, tax IDs, or clearance paperwork required by local customs authorities.
• Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and damage transfers to the buyer upon physical delivery and carrier scan at the confirmed delivery address.
• Shipping Insurance: Shipments do not include transit insurance by default. Buyers may request optional transit insurance at their own expense based on declared cargo value prior to dispatch.
• Transit Damage & Lost Shipments: In the event of transit damage or shipment loss, the recipient must document the condition with clear photos or video of the outer packaging and labels, and report the claim to us within 7 days of delivery.
• Samples: Samples are free; the buyer covers the shipping cost. Sample packs typically dispatch within 2–3 business days via air express (estimated 5–7 business days transit).
